It begins!

Sweetwater Trading Company was officially founded in September of 2021. COVID has been rough on the world, and certainly rekindled Chef Christine’s desire to own her own business. Beginning as an interest in farm to table foods and discovering the Cottage Act of Colorado, Sweetwater Trading evolved into a vision encompassing many facets of traditional homestead living.

Leveraging nearly 20 years of professional culinary experience, the transition to things like large batch pickling and crafting natural health products came naturally. So begins the journey of Sweetwater Trading Company, where we hope to provide the community with quality products and perpetuate the ideals of self reliance for many years to come.
